Dr Juliet Mac Mahon MCIPD FIITD is a lecturer in HRM/employment relations in the department of Personnel and Employment Relations, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. She is Course Director for BA Hons in HRM. Current research interests include HRM/employment relations in healthcare organisations, bullying and harassment, occupational change in Ireland, aspects of employment legislation and HR/employment relations in small Irish enterprises. She has a number of publications in journals and presented at many international conferences.
