This campaign represents a significant collaboration among European universities, research organisations, funding agencies, industry partners, and communication professionals, all united in a common cause. It is an initiative dedicated to mobilising and uniting the European research and innovation community, with the aim of raising awareness of the vital role research plays in shaping our future, addressing global challenges, and advocating for increased investment in research and innovation.
The campaign's objectives include:
• Increased funding for R&D, targeting over 3% of GDP in the EU and all European countries.
• Doubling the budget for the EU’s next research and innovation program (FP10).
