Virtual Library workshops for students and researchers

The Library provides training to students throughout the semester, on the best techniques for discovering scholarly information for your assignments, guidance on the best sources for your subject area, help with defining your topic and keywords, and citing and referencing your sources correctly in your academic work.

From Week 4, the library will deliver classes as part of UL’s Digital Skills Development Programme, LevUL Up, covering


The Librarians in the Information Services department support all of your students in their use of the library, from undergraduate through to postgraduate level please contact the librarian for your faculty to discuss what your students need.

The Library’s Research Services department provides specialist workshops on topics such as Research Data management, Publishing, Open Access & Bibliometrics. Upcoming workshops from research services include
