The overarching goal of our research cluster is to explore, conduct and share innovative, interdisciplinary, and collaborative research with national and international impact in the fields of Healthy Aging and Aged Care. We strive to produce evidence-based outcomes that inform and shape contemporary practices, policies and educational initiatives in health and social wellbeing.

Our research is dedicated to supporting independence, enhancing quality of life, and promoting active engagement and participation in society among older people. Through a commitment to person-centered approaches, applied translational research, collaboration with older people and their support systems, we aim to empower individuals and communities, driving positive change in aging-related health and healthcare.
