Advanced Lawyering Project Group Present Research to AINSVR Members

On 9th of April, a group of fourth year Law Plus students hosted a webinar as part of their Advanced Lawyering project. Led by Dr Susan Leahy, the group has been researching the impact of the EU Directive on Violence against Women and Domestic Violence for Irish DSGBV law and policy. This research was conducted in partnership with the All Ireland Network for Sexual Violence Research (AINSVR). The students presented their preliminary findings to members of the network, including the network directors (Dr Susan Leahy and Dr Eithne Dowds (QUB) and representatives from a range of stakeholders including Cuan, Adapt Dometic Abuse Services and Rape Crisis MidWest.
