Congratulations to Eunice Chungu who graduated recently with an LLM in Human Rights and Criminal Justice!
Eunice's dissertation was titled Psychopathy and Sociopathy: The Influence of genetic and socioeconomic factors on criminal culpability. Her dissertation explored how genetic disorders, adverse socioeconomic factors and Antisocial personality disorders caused by the said factors can increase an individual’s propensity to criminality and how the criminal justice system in Zambia has responded to the same in comparison to Ireland.
This is a fascinating and really important topic, and we in the School of Law want to wish Eunice all the best in her future endeavours.
