The University of Limerick School of Law extends a warm congratulations to Dr James Meighan, who was awarded his PhD yesterday for his thesis, which looked at the separation of powers under the 1922 Irish Free State Constitution. James was supervised by Dr Laura Cahillane and his thesis was examined by Professor Paul McCutcheon and Mr Justice Gerard Hogan.
