Dr Laura Cahillane appearance on Oireachtas TV discussing the Council of State

This week Dr Laura Cahillane appeared on Oireachtas TV to discuss the Council of State and its role as an advisory body to the President.

The discussion concerned the context of the recent meeting of the Council which resulted in an Article 26 reference to the Supreme Court to test the constitutionality of the Judicial Appointments Advisory Bill.
