Dr Laura Cahillane at Irish Womens Lawyers Association

On Tuesday 27th February Dr Laura Cahillane took part in a panel discussion on the forthcoming referendums as part of an event organised by the Irish Womens Lawyers Association. The event which was very well attended online also featured Catherine Day, former chair of the Citizens' Assembly on Gender Equality and Eilish Balfe from the National Womens Council of Ireland. Dr Cahillane spoke about her experience with the Citizens' Assembly and advising the Oireachtas Committee on Gender Equality and about the implications of yes/no votes in the referendums.
