Dr. Luke Danagher Journal Publication in Current Issues in Criminal Justice

Dr. Luke Danagher’s article, “The Criminalisation of Corporate Psychopaths: A Holistic Inquiry”, has been published in Current Issues in Criminal Justice. In this article, Dr. Danagher investigates the neuroscientific basis for psychopathy and discusses this in the specific context of corporate psychopaths who engage in white collar crime. This article further assesses the moral culpability of these offenders and whether their psychopathy ought to mitigate their criminal sentences. This article argues in favour of viewing corporate psychopaths as having full moral culpability and against any mitigation of sentence on this ground.
