Dr. Luke Danagher presents at the Irish Association of Law Teachers.

On the 17^th of November, Dr. Luke Danagher presented his paper on "Corporate Psychopaths, Criminal Responsibility, and the Limits of Technology" at the annual Irish Association of Law Teachers conference hosted in Maynooth University. In his paper, Dr. Danagher explored the neuroscientific basis for psychopathy and its application to issues of criminal responsibility, and the stigmatisation of corporate offenders.
