Cormac Flynn is the winner of this year’s Eversheds Sutherland student scholarship, based on a stellar undergraduate Law degree.
Cormac Flynn is a Limerick native, having attended secondary school in Ardscoil Ris. I completed my LLB in Law Plus (Public Administration) through the University of Limerick in May 2024.
During my undergraduate degree, I had the wonderful opportunity to complete my Co-Op placement with the Company Secretarial and Compliance Services team in McCann FitzGerald. Upon completing the LLM, I look forward to returning to McCann FitzGerald in November 2025 to begin my training contract with the same team I worked with during Co-Op.
Throughout my undergraduate, I have been active within the Law Society of the University, serving as secretary during my final year. I am also actively involved with ELSA, including as a current editor within the research group examining the Use of AI in Legal Practice.
