National Recognition for UL Medico-Legal Research Consortium

A paper authored by a team of international experts from the University of Limerick, University College Cork and Trinity College Dublin has recently been shortlisted for an award at the Royal Academy of Medicine in Ireland Awards 2023.

The paper was derived from an evaluation study that was led by Professor Gautam Gulati, Dr. Alan Cusack, Professor Colum Dunne and Professor Shane Kilcommins at the University of Limerick on the training of medical doctors who attend police stations in Ireland.
