Presentation of project on the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Master Agreement.

Ms. Sinead Eaton led three final year law students in a project on the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Master Agreement this semester. Adam Geraghty, Deirbhile Finn Richardson, and Jack Hennessy were introduced to the Master Agreement, its Schedule, and other sources of contract terms. Their research culminated in a brilliant presentation by them on Wednesday in the A&L Goodbody moot appellate court. Their presentation was of interest to lawyers from Holmes O’Malley Sexton LLP and Northern Trust.
