RTE programme Change Makers explores how Irish universities are helping create meaningful change in society through a range of diverse and collaborative projects in areas such as health, children, education, equality, inclusion and the environment.
On Monday 24 January the programme featured the Greentown Project led by UL's Prof Sean Redmond and the REPPP Team collaborating with community groups and the Department of Justice and explored how this project helps vulnerable young people at risk of joining Irelands organised crime gangs.
The episode is available to re-watch until on the RTÉ Player for anyone who may have missed it.
