Congratulations to Damian Clancy (LLM General), who will have a paper he wrote published in the Cambridge Journal of Law, Politics and Arts. The title of his paper is: ‘Critically Discuss the Effectiveness of the Art 6 ECtHR Jurisprudence in Achieving Fair Trial Rights in Member States.’ It will be published in the summer edition of the Journal.
