A call for proposals for the AHSS Annual Postgraduate Research Conference is now open, with the conference to take place on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th May 2023 in the Foundation Building, University of Limerick.

Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences Postgraduate researchers (Masters and Doctoral) from University of Limerick, along with Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS) and Mary Immaculate College, are invited to submit proposals for the conference.

Researchers will each have 15 minutes for their presentation, with questions at the end of each session. Meanwhile, researchers presenting a poster will be able to speak with attendees about their display at an allocated time.

Paper Proposal: Submit an abstract of 250 words for an individual paper (15 minute presentation)

Panel Proposal: Submit a Panel Proposal, including the panel theme, a short 150-word panel abstract for the panel, and the four proposed speakers with their 250 word abstracts.

Poster Proposal: Submit an abstract of 250 words.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Wednesday 19th April 2023.

All successful applicants will be notified by Monday 24th April 2023, with completed posters to be forwarded by Friday 12th May 2023.
