Factors affecting workplace e-learning transfer, and guidelines for design and implementation

Project Description

An analysis of the factors that affect the transfer of e-learning to the workplace, including instructional design factors, workplace social and environmental factors, and individual differences.

The project will result in a set of guidelines to maximise the effectiveness of workplace e-learning.
