Marian Keyes at the UL Creative Writing Festival: Day 2

Almost 500 people were in attendance for Day 2 of the UL Creative Writing Festival to see the literary phenomenon, Marian Keyes.

The Chancellor of UL, Brigid Laffan, opened the event, followed by an introduction from Frank McCourt Chair in Creative Writing, Professor Joseph O'Connor.

Joseph O'Connor led the interview with Keyes, asking about her journey as a writer and her inspirations.

Keyes also took questions from the audience about her craft, writing process, and advice for budding authors.

O'Mahony's bookshop was also at the event, supplying a selection of Keyes' books which could be signed by the multi-million selling author after the show.
