Quality Policy
The role of Plassey Campus Centre is to develop and manage residential, conference and recreational services on a self-funding basis for the University of Limerick. We are committed to provide our customers with excellent residential facilities and services in a well maintained safe environment in line with our Strategic Plan, international best practice and supporting the University’s Strategic Plan. We aim to deliver a consistently high quality service to all our customers and we strive to ensure our customers have a memorable experience. We are committed to implement our quality assurance objectives and measures. We will achieve this through our dedicated team, gathering regular customer feedback and striving to deliver a world class campus experience. We will assess our effectiveness through regular reviews of our Quality Management System.
Campus Life Services (Plassey Campus Centre) is committed to providing high quality services and facilities to our student residents, summer guests and visitors.
