Matt Corcoran is a Biopharma professional with over 36 years of leadership experience in the industry. Matt has held pivotal leadership roles in top-tier multinational corporations, overseeing the manufacture and supply of globally significant biologics and vaccines. In his most recent corporate role, Matt served as VP of Operations for Keytruda & Biologics Product Strategy at Merck & Co. Matt is currently a freelance consultant in the Biopharma industry and serves on the board of the Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS).
Prior to his role at Merck, Matt held various senior positions at Wyeth/Pfizer Biotech, including Managing Director at Pfizer Biotech Grange Castle, Dublin which is one of the largest integrated development and manufacturing biopharma operations globally.
Matt's experience is complemented by his academic background, including a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in Corporate Governance and a certified QFA. He has a strong track record and commitment to operational excellence, corporate governance, strategy development and risk management.
