Ann Marie Gill is currently Adjunct Professor at UCC business school and has over 30 years' experience in executive and non-executive positions in private and public sector organisations. She currently chairs the Dublin Rape Centre and the National 24-Hour Helpline. She also is deputy chair of Glór the Arts Centre for County Clare. Former board memberships include the IDA Ireland, Interim Equality Authority, Deputy Chair of The Irish Chamber Orchestra, National Centre for Quality Management, Chair Carrigoran Retirement Home. 

Former roles include Senior Vice President (International) for Human Resources and Organisation Effectiveness for GE Financial Insurance (part of GE Capital) and part of the Senior team which led the IPO to Genworth Financial. 

After leaving Genworth Financial Ann Marie assumed the role of Chief Operations officer for Traidlinks Uganda. in this role she set up an enterprise centre in Northern Uganda and mentored emerging business leaders in Kampala. Ann Marie currently works as a Management Consultant. 

Prior to working at GE/Genworth Ann Marie was Head of Management and Leadership Development at Intel and also was former CEO of the National Women's Council of Ireland. 

She originally trained as a National Teacher and has a BBs and MSc. from the University of Limerick and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors U.K. 

 Ann Marie has a passionate interest and is an advocate for Human Rights and Equality.
