Jo Ní Choisdealbha holds a B. Sc. in Applied Mathematics & Computing from University of Limerick. She is President of Rockall Technologies, now Broadridge – a global FinTech Leader.  

Jo is a results-driven, passionate and experienced business leader, with over two decades of invaluable experience in the software industry, spanning diverse organisations. She is renowned as a subject matter expert in operations, process and software delivery. 

In her role as President of Rockall she leads a team of 115 people across Ireland, EU, India, Australia and North America. Her journey is marked by a natural inclination towards leadership and decisive decision-making, grounded in logical, objective and analytical reasoning. With a track record in strategic thinking and people management, she excels in cultivating strong cross-functional relationships and fostering high-performance environments. Jo also has an expanded leadership role in Broadridge through her involvement with the firm’s Women’s Leadership Forum. She established an Ireland Chapter of the Women’s Leadership Forum in 2023 and subsequently joined the Forum’s global leadership team to run the Operations pillar. She is devoted to empowering and advancing the careers of women at Broadridge and the wider technology industry. Jo was nominated and selected as one of Broadbridge’s global ‘Women in Tech’ Honourees for 2023 International Women’s Day. 

In her spare time, you’ll find Jo walking the hills, cooking and baking, supporting her favourite rugby teams (Ireland & Munster of course!) and tending to her garden.
