The Brindle Foundation together with The Fidelis Partnership are to offer four scholarships each, eight in total. The scholarships are open to Students from the Hear Access Scheme or SUSI Grant scheme (Maintenance Band 1 – 4) enrolled in the applicable courses.
The Brindle Foundation is to offer four Scholarship awards to students enrolled in either of the following courses:
- To second- or third-year students from the Risk and Insurance Major Class from Bachelor of Business Studies for two to three years.
- Or Bachelor of Arts in International Business (inclusive of all Language strands) for four years.
The Fidelis Partnership will offer four Scholarship awards to students of the following course programmes:
- One to a second or third-year student from the Risk and Insurance Major Class from Bachelor of Business Studies for two to three years.
- One to a first-year student of Bachelor of Arts in International Business (inclusive of all language strands) for four years.
- Two will be offered to second or third-year students of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science streams for two to three years. (Applications open to all Computer Science students including Computer Games Development; Cyber Security and IT Forensics, but Computer Systems stream would be preference)
The Brindle and Fidelis Scholarships range from two to three years depending on when the student commences the Scholarship as applications are open to 2nd or 3rd year students and the award is valued at €5,000 per year.
Students will be eligible to do a summer internship(s) and complete their co-op placement with the Fidelis Partnership. They will also receive ongoing mentorship and support from Industry experts and UL Alumni.
