Research Interests:  Sedentary Behaviour, Physical Activity, Physical Activity Interventions

PhD Title: Design and evaluation of an intervention to reduce sedentary behaviour and improve health in older adults.
 
The aim of this study is to design, pilot and implement an intervention to interrupt sedentary behaviour with light-intensity physical activity exercises in older adults, with emphasis on improving cardiometabolic health markers.
