Current doctoral student at the PESS Dept at the University of Limerick and part of a team of five doctoral students investigating how digital, social and nature-based solutions can promote urban health and sustainability.

Having worked in athletic and clinic settings treating MSK injuries with a keen interest in the recovery processes of chronic injuries for 7 years, I returned to education completing a masters in sports exercise and performance psychology with a distinction. My focus area of research was the attitudes and knowledge of sports medicine personnel to psychological recovery in sport, adopting a psychophysiological framework of recovery.
