Nicola is a professional Project Manager in the Faculty of Education and Health Sciences (EHS) and holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Kemmy Business School in UL.   She brings a wealth of experience and expertise from the private sector to her role managing projects in the faculty.  As the Project Manager for the faculty, Nicola plays a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of strategic, quality and academic projects aimed at enhancing academic experience in the faculty.  Nicola works closely with faculty leadership to develop strategic goals, translating high level strategic objectives into actionable projects and initiatives ensuring advancement of the faculty goals and objectives.
