The LDCRC wishes to congratulate Michael Lynch, PhD student in Professor Aedin Culhane lab, for his significant contribution to the field of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Michael is the lead author of a recently published paper in GigaScience titled "demuxSNP: supervised demultiplexing single-cell RNA sequencing using cell hashing and SNPs".
