The aim of the project was to identify the stress points of glycaemic control insulin delivery methods and processes in children and develop a solution accordingly.
The solution is a device that ensures safe and error free insulin reservoir refilling. The safety and simplicity of the operation allows for younger children or non-experienced carers to perform this critical task.
