Our fourth-year Cyber Security & IT Forensics student Oisín O’Sullivan proudly presented his Final Year Project (FYP) poster in the Department of Electronic & Computer Engineering.
Oisín’s project, titled “Security Audit of the Intel ICE Driver,” explores the cutting-edge field of side-channel analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities in software. His work delves into the intricate ways attackers might exploit unintended data leaks, ultimately contributing to the ongoing efforts to strengthen software security.
This achievement highlights the dedication and innovation of our students as they push the boundaries of research in cybersecurity. Well done to Oisín on his hard work and insightful research!
Best of luck to all our final-year students as they continue to develop and present their projects for grading in the coming weeks. We look forward to seeing the impact of your research in the field of technology and security and engineering.
