Medical cover
EU students are eligible to avail of the full medical services in Ireland. In order to do so, EU students should bring a European Health Card which can be obtained from the local health board in your home country. The European Health Card entitles EU students to public health care for medical treatment.
Medical insurance for non-EU nationals is a compulsory requirement. Non-EU students can avail of their own private health insurance from home or can purchase a medical insurance policy online through the below private providers.
