The overarching goal of our research cluster is to explore, conduct, and share innovative, interdisciplinary, and collaborative research with national and international impact in the fields of Healthy Ageing and Aged Care. We strive to produce evidence-based outcomes that inform and shape contemporary practices, policies, and educational initiatives in health and social wellbeing.
Our research is dedicated to supporting independence, enhancing quality of life, and promoting active engagement and participation in society among older people. Through a commitment to person-centred approaches, applied translational research, and collaboration with older people and their support systems, we aim to empower individuals and communities, driving positive change in ageing-related health and healthcare.
