Join the UL St. Patrick’s Day Celebration!

UL is gearing up to make a vibrant appearance in the St. Patrick's Day parade in Limerick, and this year we are thrilled to, once again, extend an invitation to UL graduates. Join our UL community and you will stand shoulder to shoulder with current students, staff and fellow graduates marching proudly in the largest Community Cultural Event in Limerick City.

Following the parade, there will be an After-party in the Milk Market, complete with Traditional Irish music and dance, as well as refreshments for all participants. 

We invite you to participate in a fun and celebration-filled day, offering a chance to reconnect with fellow graduates, share experiences with current students, and showcase the incredible diversity that defines our UL community.

Schedule St. Patrick’s Day, Monday 17 March 

9:30 - Meeting at UL Limerick City Campus (Special edition branded t-shirts & coffee for everybody taking part)
10:30 - Departing via the bridges to the Army Barracks, Edward Street
12:00 - Parade commences
13:30 - After-party with delicious food and traditional Irish entertainment for all participants at Green Acres, Limerick Milk Market 
15:30 - Event closes
