Course Overview
Jess® Trust-building in Action: Enhanced skills for building morale and leading or working with remote-working teams
Understand and practice the morale and trust-building skills underpinned by the three core trust-building domains of LIVE by, LEARN by and LEAD by in the Jess® model. Take a self-assessment to measure where you are in terms of trust-building behaviours.
In these workshops you will become aware of practices that will enhance your trust and morale-building capacity, creating your own blueprint, to overcome the key challenges facing remote working teams, such as isolation, ambiguity and involvement.
