Lunchtime Concert: Stephen Doherty and David Doocey

Mayo based duo Stephen Doherty & David Doocey have performed and collaborated together in a multitude of groups and productions over the past 18 years. Both All-Ireland winning medalists in their younger years they have gone on to develop their own sound within the tradition and are both accomplished composers. Together they have toured in over 30 countries to date and have featured on numerous albums. They regularly tour together with the groups : Ox Mountain Quartet, NxNW and both perform in the Sean Keane Band. Together they bring a blend of powerful musicianship and mix their own compositions with tunes of old.
