Earlier this year, the Glucksman Library reorganised its departments and functions, to better support the university’s strategic plan UL@50, digital transformation and the expanding and diverse population of library users.
Descriptions of the new departments, an up-to-date organisational chart and staff contacts are available on the Library website, with further information being provided to relevant stakeholders.
There are many ways to contact the Library, including online, email, phone, instant message or directly to a library staff member. All queries are logged centrally and will be referred to the appropriate department and staff member, based on the nature of the query. 96% of library queries are responded to within 24 hours. We are in a transition period as the reorganisation is embedded, new teams evolve and staff adapt, however we are committed to providing the same high-quality services as always.
