Prof. Shane Kilcommins, Provost and Deputy President, was delighted to attend and speak at a special commemoration reception, which was held on 11 October 2022, at the Glucksman Library, to remember and mark the contribution of all who campaigned for the establishment of a university in Limerick.
The event was organised by Dr David Fleming, Head of the Department of History and UL 50 Programme Manager, Caroline Rafter.
