Nicolaas is currently an Associate Professor (Educational Leadership) in the School of Education. He is the Course Director for the International Masters in Educational Leadership, and co-directs the Professional Diploma in School Leadership. Currently, Nicolaas teaches courses in the areas of leadership theory, advanced research methods and coaching and mentoring.
Research Interests
Nicolaas's research interests include creative leadership and organisational culture in educational environments. He is currently an associate editor for the African Journal of Research in Mathematics, Science and Technology Education.
