Cyber-Shock – SFI NCF award

Tom Newe was successful in the SFI National Challenge Fund with the Cyber Shock project. The aim of Cyber Shock is to build Ireland’s Cyber Resilience against Cyber Attacks. We will develop a novel hybrid modelling method for cybersecurity, enabling us to overcome barriers in current approaches and regulatory issues involving on-site data privacy. These models will allow us to gain deeper insights into the origin and impact of a cyber-attack and will also allow us to develop new tools for cyber-prediction and response, leading to greater operational resilience.
