KETmaritime Workshop MaREI, Cork

KETmaritime workshop “Enriching Maritime R&D through Key Enabling Technologies” was held at MaREI, Cork on 26th September 2019. The aim of KETmaritime is to improve technology transfer avenues in the Atlantic Area. KETmaritime is focused on identifying opportunities within maritime industries for which KET based solutions will help unlock innovative growth and collaborative networks. Dr  Edin Omerdic (pictured above) gave a presentation titled “OceanRINGS+: Making Complex Subsea Tasks Simple using Smart Controls”, and participated in discussion related to sharing cutting edge research developments within the coastal and KET communities and identifying potential synergies and growth opportunities.
