Designed to bring happiness to its user, Siúla Bula hides its functionality behind a warm, friendly, and nostalgic design. The frame is designed to feel sturdy, reliable, and safe. Its wood grain finish gives the device a less medicalised, more homely feel. The activity board allows the user to customise their walking frame by displaying their photographs or artwork on the front of the device. This facilitates social interaction between the user and their loved ones. Other features on the walker include an expanding basket, improved handle and slide designs, and a wayfinding light system that turns on in low-light conditions.
