Bio
Imran Syed is currently a Ph.D. student in the Crystal Engineering Research Group at the University of Limerick, Ireland. He was born in Hyderabad, India and received his B.S. (2010)and M.S (2012) degrees from JNTU University and Cork University. He joined Crystal Engineering research group in May 2016, supervised by Prof. Michael Zaworotko.
His Research activities have focused on Formulation of Metal-Organic Materials for Direct Air Capture of CO2. The research focused on processing raw MOF materials into functional products suitable for use in Gas separations and storage applications in a manner similar to that used for the development of drug products.
