To add a guest lecturer, external examiner or other non-UL guest

Request a guest account through TopDesk here.  The account will be created within 2 hours (during normal working hours, Monday to Friday). ⚠️Remember to unenroll the user through the Classlist when they no longer need access to the module.

     

To bulk enrol existing Brightspace users

Request enrolment of a group of students or other Brightspace users through TopDesk here. You will be asked for the users' email address, your module code and the role you wish the users to have in that module. Users will be enrolled on your module within 2 hours (during normal working hours, Monday to Friday).

      

To create groups in your class if your class has more than 50 students

Request ITD assistance in creating groups through TopDesk here. ⚠️ If your class has less than 50 students you should create groups manually using the Groups tool under Class Organisation (green nav bar) in your module.
