Changing users in the Multi-Profile Widget

To change the users in the Multi-Profile Widget, complete the following steps.

1. In the Multi-Profile Widget, click the ellipsis icon (3 dots).

2. From the menu that appears, click Update Users Settings.

The User Visibility tab opens.

3. Choose which individual users you would like to be visible in this module’s widget by toggling the visibility on or off.

Complete steps 4 and 5 only if you want to reorder the appearance of users.

4. Click the User Order tab.

5. Reorder the appearance of the users.

6. Click Save and Close when you have made your required changes. 

Result

The users are now visible / invisible on the widget and in the order you selected.
