Steps
To edit an intelligent agent, complete the following steps:
1. In the navbar, locate and click Intelligent Agents.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to the intelligent agent you want to edit.
3. From the menu that appears, click Edit.
4. Navigate to the content you wish to edit.
5. Make your edits.
6. Click Save and Close.
Result
The Intelligent Agent has been edited and the changes have been saved.
To delete an intelligent agent, complete the following steps:
1. In the navbar, locate and click Intelligent Agents.
2. Click the drop-down menu next to the intelligent agent you want to delete.
3. From the menu that appears, click Delete.
A Confirmation window appears.
4. Click Delete.
