How do I add an Instructor to a module where the instructor DOES NOT have a UL email address?

This instructor may be added as an Instructor Manually Added by either a faculty Learning Technologist or Instructor.  

This use case is intended for temporary instructors only and WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VIEW ALL CONTENT.  If the instructor will be involved with the module or UL for anything more than a very short period, UL credentials should be used.    

NOTE:  With this temporary account, the instructor will not be able to view all content on Brightspace, e.g., Leganto, Panopto, etc. This is because they do not have a UL email address. All instructors should be encouraged to use a UL email address.
