You will see the modules you have access to when you first log into Brightspace. You can also search for a module using the “Module” widget.

Staff who still don’t have access to Brightspace sites for modules they will lead/ coordinate in SEM1 must log a Student Record System Request directly with Academic Registry (AR) to change the official Module Leader. Note: logging a call with AR only applies to Module Leaders; the Module Leader can then add other teaching staff to their Brightspace sites.   

The SI system updates several times a day so staff should have access to their module by the following day. Note: logging a call only applies to Module Leaders. Module leaders can add other users to a module.

 

The Academic Registry form is for module leader only. The official module leader (known as an ‘instructor’ in Brightspace) can add other teaching staff to the module, within Brightspace, using the “Instructors - manually added” role profile <instructions here>.
