If you access a course, and get one of the following:
"there is nothing to display"
"no events scheduled"
"there are no assignments."
Do one of the following:
Check the course syllabus and/or your instructor's announcements.
Do they mention any prerequisites for viewing the content?
If yes, make sure you have met the prerequisites.
If either no prerequisites have been met, or you have met the requirements, and the content is still not visible:
Contact your Instructor, as they will have to make the content visible.
Ensure you are using a recommended browser to access the site.
If you are still unable to view content, contact the support team via the main portal page.
Ensure you enable cookies on the site.
