We have enabled two new widgets to enhance module sites: Slim Announcements and the Multi-Profile Widget.
Slim Announcements
The new Slim Announcements widget presents users with a simplified, shorter view of the announcements, and now displays the most recent 2 announcements. Instructors can now optionally change the Announcement’s thumbnail image by uploading an image into the content of the Announcement.
Multi-Profile Widget “Meet Your Lecturer(s)”
The Multi-Profile Widget allows you to introduce yourself and your team to your learners. The system widget retrieves user information from User Profiles and the Classlist to display a list of users in the course and their roles to learners.
