Migration, from a work perspective, refers to the movement of people from one geographic place to another for employment opportunities, and carries with it multiple challenges that are experienced at the individual, organisation and social level. Our research interests focus on highlighting and addressing issues associated with inequalities, exploitation, vulnerability, exclusion, integration, separation, and cultural adjustment and inclusion.
